Learning to swim is a life-saving skill!

Learn about our scholarships

The Greater Atlanta Water Safety Alliance Foundation is proud to announce its initiative to grant free scholarships to Latino families in Georgia. Part of our mission is to prevent the tragedy of accidental drowning in children and adults by educating and empowering the community to safely enjoy the water.

Through these scholarships, we provide the necessary tools for everyone, regardless of age, to learn how to swim. We firmly believe that swimming is not only a recreational activity but also a vital skill that can make a difference between life and death in aquatic emergency situations.

By learning to swim, not only do you acquire a valuable survival skill, but you also promote overall health and well-being. Swimming improves cardiovascular endurance, strengthens muscles, and enhances coordination, while providing a sense of confidence and security in the water.

Join us in this important mission and discover how learning to swim can be the key to safely and healthily enjoying the water. Learning to swim is a life-saving skill!
